Compliance & Accreditations
This page summarises Eblom's current status and roadmap regarding compliance, insurances and third‑party accreditations. We publish only what is true at any time.
Current status
- Public Liability Insurance (PLI): Active.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII): Planned / to be confirmed.
- ICO registration (UK‑GDPR): Planned / pending.
- Health & Safety: Working to CDM 2015 duties and BS 5975 for temporary works (design coordination / checking as applicable).
- Quality Management: Job‑based QA (ITPs, MARs, RFIs, handover packs) aligned with client systems.
- Environmental & Social: Site waste, noise/dust control, and Modern Slavery statement (supplier due diligence) — project specific.
Roadmap (next 3–6 months)
- Activate PII and publish schedule of cover.
- Complete ICO registration and publish data‑processing record.
- Obtain SSIP route (e.g., CHAS / SMAS) — proportional to scope.
- Register on Constructionline (level to be decided) once PII is active.
- Publish concise policies (H&S, Quality, Environmental, Data Protection) on this page.
Policies (summaries)
- H&S policy: prevent harm through risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), competence, supervision, and incident reporting.
- Quality policy: plan–do–check–act, defined deliverables, document control, design checks, and handover verification.
- Environmental policy: comply with client EMPs, reduce waste, and minimise nuisance (noise, dust, traffic).
- Data protection: process only necessary data, use secure transfer/storage, respect data subject rights (see AI & LLMs policy and Privacy).
If you need formal policy PDFs for pre‑qualification, email info@eblom.co.uk and we'll provide signed copies.
