• Freelancers/Contractors: name, CV, qualifications/accreditations, right to work, contact details, day & night rates, availability, and references.
• Website visitors: contact form data (name, email, phone, message) and limited technical data via cookies (see section 6).

3. How we use your information

• Respond to enquiries and deliver services.
• Match freelancers/contractors with suitable projects.
• Manage onboarding, compliance, and invoicing.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with trusted partners or clients strictly when needed to perform our services.

• Freelancer records are retained while the profile remains active; client and financial records are kept at least 6 years (HMRC).
